Enforcement law in Belgium

The judicial officer personifies the law on enforcement in Belgium.

The Bailiffs are competent for the enforcement in Belgium.
It is thereby the Bailiff’s responsibility to translate into action the rights and obligations of each of the parties to a dispute, as established in a title with executive force (whether this title takes the form of a court decision, a notarial instrument or an administrative document).
